Return and Refund Policy

At Lumae Baby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. We charge a one-time fee of €3.95 for return shipments.

Conditions for returns:

• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• The product must show no signs of use or damage
• The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt
• We charge a one-time fee of €3.95 for return shipments

How to return?

1. Contact us at info@lumaebaby.nl with your order number and reason for return
2. You will receive return instructions from us
3. Send the product to the address we provide
4. After receipt and inspection, we will process your refund minus the €3.95 return fee

Refund: Upon approval, you will receive the purchase amount back to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.

• Personalised or specially ordered products
